We use Stripe for donations and purchases of publications at events. This is a well known payment system with nominal charges against the amount received.
The Virginia Writers Project is an inclusive organization that welcomes members without discrimination of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity. Join other talented creators in creative writing, legacy, visual arts, and regional histories projects. The VWP is a 501(c) 3 non-profit and serves as an educational endeavor. Membership allows you join our blog and to receive writing news and literary opportunities. We suggest $50 annual donaton to defray expenses and to provide copies of the journal to participating students. The e-journal is free. There is no charge for submissions.
